My current work spans climate portfolio assessment, air quality and vulnerability workstreams, and direct contribution to planning and delivery processes linked to city government priorities. It is not only evaluative, but directly tied to implementation-facing technical and policy work.

The through-line is consistent: not whether ambition exists, but whether institutions can convert that ambition into sequenced, evidence-backed, politically usable delivery.
