I work across urban resilience, climate delivery, planning instruments, and public-sector implementation diagnostics.

Recent work has included leading and authoring a 94-page Strategic Portfolio Assessment across 36 climate interventions for Freetown City Council, producing an Executive Brief to inform the prioritisation strategy of the Mayor's Office, restructuring an informal-settlement area action plan into a more implementation-oriented planning and investment-guidance document, and conducting government-side review of external air-quality and vulnerability assessment deliverables to improve policy usability for city decision-makers. That work has since extended into an independent data-governance audit of the city's air-quality sensor network, tracing a multi-layer operational failure chain and delivering a costed remediation proposal to city leadership.

My work has turned fragmented programme and technical evidence into senior-facing advisory judgments and an institutional foundation for clearer delivery priorities, stronger planning instruments, and more actionable policy responses inside city government.
