Climate Policy and Urban Resilience Advisor to the Mayor’s Office.
Leading strategic climate portfolio assessment, planning-instrument restructuring, and government-side technical-policy review for the Mayor’s Office, with a focus on turning complex evidence into senior-facing advisory judgments and implementation priorities.
Current work includes designing and leading a 94-page Strategic Portfolio Assessment across 37+ climate interventions, producing an Executive Brief to inform the prioritisation strategy of the Mayor's Office, restructuring the Moyiba Area Action Plan into a more implementation-oriented planning and investment-guidance document for informal-settlement upgrading, and conducting government-side technical-policy review of external air-quality and vulnerability assessment outputs to improve policy usability for city decision-makers.
The work has produced clearer leadership priorities and has been adopted by the Mayor's Office as a foundation for future portfolio review and MEL thinking. It has also produced a more investment-facing planning document for settlement upgrading and technical feedback that helped shape how FCC could use air-quality evidence for policy response.
Selected work: Freetown climate portfolio assessment, Moyiba area action plan restructuring, and government-side technical-policy review.
